Looking Glass Girls has placed this page on their website as a tribute to the internationally known band, The Birthday Massacre. This band's music has had a large influence of the initial idea of Looking Glass Girls and the theme that represents us. The name "Looking Glass Girls" was derived from a song off of TBM's album, "Walking with Strangers". The song "Looking Glass" originated the idea and also contributed in helping us to create our Alice in Wonderland theme throughout our site.

Music in itself, has such an impact on art and the inspiration of creative ideas. It sparks the imagination and takes you to places that seem almost incomprehensible until brought to life through an artist's mind. It is very important to us, and we feel musicians, as artist's themselves, need to be recognized for the inspiration they provide to us. That is why we felt the need to post this page filled with artwork inspired by what started it all. This is our way of showing our appreciation and thanks for their music, their ideas, and their talent. It's what has continued to drive us to be who we are today.
